Description
It was a privilege to be with a set of authors who all contributed their chapters to this remarkable book.
My chapter is the final one with the title ~ “Grace in Grief ~ How to manage the unmanageable with hope, love and a bit of joy.”
Each author brought a unique insight into their contribution and I am sure that their courage and care will enrich you.
If you’re trying to navigate loss then this is the book for you. It is full of love, comfort and reassurance.

Grief Has No Rules – Holding Loss and Finding Light in Our Own Way brings together ten incredible and inspirational people in a deeply heartfelt and emotional collaboration, where they share their own personal stories around navigating grief. They have had to dig deep to connect with the painful experiences of their past and have worn their hearts on their sleeve to present you their stories about loss, grief, bereavement, and what could have been. Not only has this brought them an element of healing and peace, but we hope that it will help you to find the grace to hold the weight of your own grief and still find a way to move, love, and speak again.
The personal stories of grief vary in shape and uniqueness, but what they do share are connection, courage, and grace. With the added bonus of audio links, the chapters are accessible for everyone to benefit from.
Remember, you are not alone; there are no rules; there is hope out there; and healing is a pathway open to everyone. May you find yourself somewhere in these stories and feel the warmth and compassion with which these words are shared.
With thanks to the authors: Cassie Swift, Sarah Burnett, Duncan Casburn, Rachel Gotobed, Lou Hynes, Emily Nuttall, Ashleigh Quick, Kari Roberts, Emma Sails, and Rebecca Williams-Dinsdale.
